To earn a certificate, attendees must fulfill all mandatory requirements, which may include live workshops, online coursework, and assignments within one year.

Workplace Essentials Certificate
The Workplace Essentials Certificate focuses on building skills needed to be successful in professional work environments. The courses will leverage your current experience and understanding, while also providing you with additional insight and perspective to maximize your professional success. Participants can register for the Certificate in the Campus LMS (Bridge) and have one year to complete from day of enrollment.

The Management Essentials program focuses on building skills and enhancing management and supervision capabilities. This program is designed for managers who desire to sharpen their current skills and for those looking to future management rolls. Supervisor Success Certificate
Designed especially for new supervisors and managers to help learn new skills and overcome problems that they may encounter as a workplace leader. Participants will be developing the appropriate skills such as listening, asking questions, resolving conflict and time management. These skills and techniques are pertinent to the overall success and effectiveness of a manger. Participants can register for this all day workshop in the Campus LMS (Bridge). There is a fee associated with this certificate.

The Directors Essentials program focuses on topics essential for building employee and organizational capability as well as accountability for the oversight of people-management processes. This program will be of interest to new and experienced director-level staff who have responsibility for people, budgets and the operational management of single or multiple units. Participants will be able to register for the Certificate in the Campus LMS (Bridge) and have one year to complete from day of enrollment. There is a fee associated with this certificate.
