The Training and Development Department offers certificate programs designed to increase employees' capability and confidence in skills that are essential for professional success. To earn a certificate, attendees must fulfill all mandatory requirements, which may include live workshops, online coursework, and assignments within one year.
The Workplace Essentials Certificate focuses on building skills needed to be successful in the workplace. The courses will leverage your current experience and understanding, while also providing you with additional insight and perspective to maximize your career success. Participants can register for the Certificate in LearningHub and have one year to complete from day of enrollment. There is no fee associated with this certificate.
Regardless of where you are at in your career this series is designed to build skill levels and increase knowledge as you look to your future endeavors.

This program is designed for managers who desire to sharpen their current skills and for those looking to future management roles. Designed especially for new supervisors and managers to help learn new skills and overcome problems that they may encounter as a workplace leader. This session focuses on authentic leadership, leadership skills, conflict resolution, and a personal development plan. Participants can register for this all day workshop in LearningHub. There is a fee associated with this certificate.
