By helping you better understand yourself, CliftonStrengths aims to enhance self-awareness, boost confidence, improve teamwork, and drive overall performance and engagement. When you can identify, communicate, and live in your strengths, you can leverage your natural talents and abilities every day.
This training includes a 2–3 hour workshop providing an in-depth review of each personal assessment and the team dynamics. The cost is $100 per participant, paid for by a chartfield.
