LearningHub Troubleshooting Tips
-
If you see a spinning wheel or loading screen:
- Do NOT resume the course—restart it instead.
- If the issue continues, open the course in an incognito/private window.
- If the issue continues, clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
-
If a course appears stuck on a page:
- Look carefully for an “X,” “>,” or “Next” button—these can sometimes be easy to miss.
- Log out and log back in. Hit "restart" on the course instead of resume.
- There may be something on the screen that needs to be clicked to continue, such as an icon, button, or image.
- Check that your browser zoom is set to 100%, as navigation buttons may be hidden at higher zoom levels.
-
If you are getting an HTTP Status 400 - Bad Request:
- Log into LearningHub in an incognito or private browsing window.
-
If you want to unenroll from a non-mandatory course: To unenroll from a course, you can click on the image of the course, a popup will then appear. There will be three vertical dots beneath the course title, click on those and then select “un-enroll”. This will not work if the course is mandatory.
-
If a course you have taken isn't in the catalog:
- To view completed courses, visit your Transcript or type the name of the course in the top search bar.
